I placed my order online, at 2 hours they closed it as "delivered" it was 11 pm and no one could give me an answer anymore. Today I called the service center and the operator Mayra tells me that I will have to pick it up at the Branch or that I can cancel and refund in 72 hours, the order was for $1000, I am sick, I need my medication. I told him that I'm going to pick it up, that what will happen to the $30 tip that I choose to give the delivery man, he told me that "that was not his issue, that I should see him at the branch" I ENDED UP HANGING. POOR ATTENTION!
There is never change, you come to purchase a product and they never have change, they just say Hey, hey,! Their only answer as to why they don't have ticket exchange and they serve with an unfriendly attitude... Very bad, their quality of service has dropped a lot...
They should have a customer service protocol, they have terrible service, I went at night and an amazing person helped me, I asked him about a medication and he didn't even answer me, he sold me what he wanted!! You don't go to the pharmacy out of pleasure, you do it out of necessity and the least we expect is terrible service!
Although I consider that the Guadalajara Pharmacies are better in many ways, on this occasion I found a medication that was already discontinued in the aforementioned pharmacy chain and at a very good price. It also has parking and they accept credit cards. Yes I recommend it
